The Speckled Tanager is a subtly gorgeous tanager found in higher elevation rainforest on Trinidad, where it often associates with mixed species flocks. They are often best identified by their unique manner of locomotion when feeding in the canopy. Speckled Tanagers are not found on Tobago.
