The Tufted Coquette is an exceptionally tiny hummingbird found in forest and forest edge habitat on Trinidad. It is the smallest bird on Trinidad, and one of the smallest in the world. They feed on nectar produced by flowering shrubs, and therefore are often seen in gardens with native flowers. It is not found on Tobago.
