The Trinidad Piping-Guan is endemic to the thickly forested slopes of the Northern Range on Trinidad. It is a large, turkey-like bird that spends most of its time in the treetops, only occasionally coming to the ground to forage. Trinidad Piping-Guans are social birds and are usually seen in groups.
